What is temperature monitoring’s clinical significance
Temperature monitoring is one of the measure dates of monitor, and it’s the most obvious symbol of human vital signs.
In addition, temperature monitoring can be divided into body surface temperature and body cavity temperature.
Body surface temperature (ambient temperature) typically means the temperature of axillary or forehead, which is directly affected by the external temperature.
Body cavity temperature (body core temperature) typically means the temperature of esophagus, rectum and nose. It is relatively stable and uniform, and is less affected by external temperature.

Using general purpose temperature probe to monitor rectal normal temperature and it range 36.9℃-37.9℃
Temperature measurement is usually used in neonatal, fever, shock and hypothermia patients in perioperative, health workers always use disposable temperature probe to continuous temperature monitoring, when the patients normal core temperature changes, they can take appropriate measure in time.
